My experience at OPSM, from the optometrist to salesperson was top notch. The eye specialist provided me with a thorough explanation regarding the health of my eyes.I was also able to purchase new frames and lenses for a very good price.I recently switched from another provider and the difference in the quality of service given at OPSM is stark.

Streamlined service. Optometrists always check eye health in addition to testing vision. The customer service staff are always helpful in assisting customers to choose glasses that suit a person's face shape, design choice and budget.

Poor customer service with lack of knowledge how OPSM works. Was great until we made the glasses purchases. After that just felt like we were being ridden off. Also, display glasses weren’t being cleaned before being put back on the shelf and the staff in that day looked pretty sick…

I had to replace my lenses twice and both times they were just out of warranty by a month and the best they could do is a measly 20% discount. You gotta be kidding me when the same issue happened twice and I was dumb enough to pay for it the first time the lenses started splitting. Both times they tried to tell me they are scratches, I may wear glasses but I’m not friggen blind. Took them to another OPSM close by (towers) and they were more than happy to replace them under warranty - thank you to the team at the Towers. Cherrybrook OPSM are thieves in my opinion.

I spent quite some time trying a large array of glasses on and the service was impeccable which was followed by a very extensive eye check with newly appointed equipment. Very impressed.
