I could cry from gratitude! These guys were so amazing. I live in Brisbane but my best friend works just down the road from these guys in VIC. She suffers from chronic pain. Her wheat bag exploded in the microwave at work. I called these guys as soon as they opened and not only did they have exactly what she needed, they delivered it to her straight away. Thank you to everyone who was involved, you went above and beyond for my bestie and I appreciate it so much!

Today my fiancé had a terrible experience here, when passing over her script she was publicly scrutinized and made fun of by some in house joke, in the presence of a group of customers. She was extremely uncomfortable and felt like crying. VERY unprofessional service, would not recommend to anyone, I will be complaining to head office about this terrible behavior!! deserves 0 stars!!!

Booked in for a flu vaccination and when I get there they tell me the pharmacist is sick this week, so they're unable to do them. This is fine. But what is really frustrating is that nobody bothered to let me know earlier in the day before I got there.

Friendly and Professional. I was passing through town, and needed a script filled. The Pharmacist took the time to answer my questions, and I got great advice. Staff were friendly, and very knowledgeable. Thank you.

Organised delivery,got my lic asked for, then asked how I'd like to pay...then says I have to go in to the the shop... after organising everything with me already...disgusting organisation skills at this pharmacy...avoid bree!,she sounds like a stoner
