James replaced the hot water tank in our father's house after we found the house had flooded while he was in hospital. James was incredibly responsive and replaced the system straight away. He is both professional and personable. His work was of the highest standard and very well priced. We will definitely engage James on any future plumbing needs. I could not recommend him highly enough.

We had our heat pump water tank fail after only 9 years. We contacted J Dalton plumbing Saturday and they had a new electric hot water tank installed on Monday and removed old tank. Efficient and friendly service and good communication. Enjoyed hot water that night!

Had been trying to get a plumber to show up for days. Finally called James and he was here within an hour (wish he’d been my first call). Friendly, professional and knowledgeable, he knew all about our Saniflo toilet and potential issues. Had it unblocked and working in no time flat. Highly recommend.

James is very professional, reliable, capable, helpful and friendly. He worked on public holiday(today is Queen's birthday in NSW). He inspected and found out the very tricky underground pipe leaking and fixed them very quickly. His service is perfect and the price is very reasonable.I would like to give him 5+ reviews and highly recommended him.

We switched to using J Dalton a couple of years ago (about 2020) for our strata committee because we weren't happy with our previous plumber often having to come back multiple times to fix the same job and charging us repeatedly. Since switching to JD he consistently finds and fixes the problem first time, almost never has to come back, and our spend on plumbing per year has gone down noticeably (especially over time as the effect of having problems ACTUALLY fixed has built up). Very happy with the quality and reliability and price.

James was great. Had a tricky plumbing job, other plumbers didn’t even want to quote it. James happily quoted it, gave us a great price, committed to the dates and time frame and completed the job as agreed. Really friendly, reliable, affordable service. Will use again and recommend to anyone.
