Have been using Alsco for 12 months now as I am locked into a contract with them for my commerical towel hire.It has been continual drama after drama, often deliveries forgotten or errors with the order. I am currently seeking another company to service us! Alsco have seriously terrible customer service and obviously poor systems in place

This is the worst business I have ever encountered. They have repeatedly incorrectly invoiced and incorrectly delivered items. I spent soo much time trying to correct our invoices it is not Funny. Their service and staff are appalling to deal with and rarely speak to same person twice. They often send multiple invoices from different people with different amounts. They have billed for items repetitively that they have not delivered nor have we ordered and then insisted it is in our contract to pay for them even though they didn’t deliver. I actually thinking of taking them to court or ombudsmen. They are worst. Stay away!!

If they had zero stars I would rate zero. This is my last and one of many emails to alsco and still no response.I am absolutely furious at the way I am being treated as a customer, I have issue after issue every single week, last delivery was 20 towels short, yesterday they picked up LATE AGAIN and didn’t drop off any towels. As it stands, I don’t have a single clean towel left. No one answers the Sydney phone, we have no idea when towels are being dropped off or picked up and absolutely cannot run a business like this. What you guys are doing DIRECTLY impacts my business. Every few weeks I am doing an emergency trip to KMART to buy towels only to have a delivery an hour later MID DAY while I have clients about.At a bad rating on google and absolutely terrible reputation in our beauty industry - your company is renowned for bad service. BUT, I can guarantee if I call the sales department, someone actually answers and the service is wonderful.I have left two messages since yesterday and would at least like the curtesy of knowing what to do when the service I am paying for is not being provided so that I can make alternative arrangements in a decent time frame. I am dumbfounded at this consistency terrible service.I am at an absolute loss of what to do. I have complained so many times and nothing changes. I am paying more for the service than I was pre-covid so one would naturally expend some sort of service.Please respond to me with a answer as to when I will receive my towels and what will be happening moving forward. I run a busy spa and feel like so much of my time is wasted constantly following up with ALSCO with no luck.

Moral of the story, after being clients of this company for 4 years. They asked us to find services elsewhere because we paid a $200 invoice 2 months later.. Appalling and disgusting. Instead of fighting to keep their customers, they kick them out. Joseph Grima, awful service with this one.

I have never experienced such bad customer service in all my life. After 3 phone calls and 2 e-mails which they refuse to answer our orders are still wrong every week! We are being ripped off and not one staff members cares to even respond. We will be cancelling our service as soon as someone can be bothered to do their job. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

These guys are the absolute worst. I work in a day surgery and I am sick and tired of their shocking service. We run out of linen constantly every single week. If I had a dollar for every time Alsco has been late/not delivered and we've run out of several items, I'd be a millionaire

Worst organisation to deal with ever. Regularly no delivery so we end up washing the dirty tea towels, linen etc ourselves. We then get charged for the priviledge of doing it ourselves and have to fight for a credit. Customer service is a joke. No-one picks up the phone or returns calls. Based on other reviews and overall rating we are not alone at least. One job guys, one job.
