The whole process ran very smoothly. Their office was very friendly and responsive, with a quote received within hours and booking within minutes. The serviceman was friendly & punctual, with a text also being sent advising ETA. Very happy with the results of our lounge clean. No heavy stains but did have a pet smell from life with two dogs. The service was hassle-free and completed within 2 hours. Everything dried within a couple of hours and no pet smell! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
