went into the store today to get my iphone 13 repaired, we received excellent customer service. i’m extremely happy with it now. wouldn’t go anywhere else 10/10

3/01/2023 Parit, at Universal Phone Services (UPS), Belconnen, was most helpful. Restoring the TrendMicro (TM) I'd purchased on 20/12/2022 from JB Hi-Fi.Later that week, following a Samsung Software update; 7x TM items required attention; where several items in TM were turned off. Parit restored TM and successfully turned these items back on.

These guys are great. I've been to them several times. Even had my wife's screen replaced. They also offer a warranty on their work. So you're covered. I only ever go to these guys despite living out of area. I highly recommend them.

Family has been going to them for years. Professional and Quick. Took my S21U for a screen replacement today, had it out in less than an hour. They charged close enough to the original price that I would've, if I had sent to Samsung.

Over the past few YEARS, I have visited this shop on numerous occasions, occasionally to purchase, but always to receive high quality and always correct advice concerning phone, computer and IT issues. The staff always seem pleased to greet me with FREE advice which I always follow, even if it has to be repeated. The purchases have been of value in both quality, costs, and occasional after-sales service if requested.

Cody was incredibly helpful and friendly. I've been to Universal a few times now and wouldn't take my phone or tablet anywhere else. The team there are always upfront about pricing and make useful suggestions. I honestly believe the screen protector they sold me saved my phone screen when I dropped it. Recently they provided same day service to replace a battery for me. I recommend this place to all my friends and family when they need their phones repaired. It'll be really awesome when you can book online, but for now they're pretty good at answering the phone - so if you're not sure if they can fix it just call them.

They repaired iPhone SE first generation that normally costs less and charged me $30 extra for the work. When I asked the guy, he said normally I don't deal with the prices. It should be standard. It is not about money, more about trust, I don't think they are trustworthy, they can rip you off, would take advantage of lack of information. Much disappointed. Wouldn't recommend.

First time I've ever left a review before but happy to do it for these guys!Drove all the way from Woden because I'd heard this store was reliable from a friend and was glad I did!When I walked in they were clearly busy but the guy (think he was the manager or owner) had no issue dropping what he was doing to help me out. Didn't try to upsell me, initially came in for a front and camera screen protector but he was honest and only recommended the front (my case covers and protects the camera), even showed me his since we had the same phone.Dropped what he was doing and took all of 2 minutes to put it on right in front of me. Was happy to see him be overly attentive when it came to applying the screen protector as well! He had no reason too since it wasn't his phone but it was wonderful to see him take those few extra seconds to care.Walked away very happy with my purchase, as someone who is really indecisive I couldn't be happier! Would recommend this store to anyone!

Fantastic customer service. The guys that helped me all knew their stuff really well. After working out my phone wasn't worth fixing they refused to charge me for their time. Now my #1 choice for phone repairs and accessories!
