Man this place sucks! I really dreaded my experience at KFC Beechboro. The staff are really Gucci so they get a star, but when I saw the manager with Karen cut, she really put me off!! I can't wait to go home and cry.

Been a few times and haven’t had any issues. Can be very busy on drive through but queue run quickly and the service has been consistently friendly and good service. Food and chicken are often nice and freshly cooked due to how busy they are. Easy road access by the shopping centre.

Woeful experience. Totally lost my order, twice. Then asked me to pay more money fir their mistake. Never going back. What a horrible experience.

Unfortunately very average, 20 minute wait in the drive through then once home realised the didn't put to burgers in my order. Now I understand they have children working there but if they can't pack a simple order put them on cleaning duties or get rid of the hopeless ones. Seriously it's not hard I guess KFC is just luckily fat Aussies keep going back they just accept poor service.

Unfortunately decided to have some takeaway last night as it had been a long day and I was already at the shops. Ordered a regular chicken tenders box, which usually contains 3 chicken tenders, chips, potato gravy and popcorn chicken. I have never before had a chicken tender with bones in it (as pictured). The chips (as usual) were dry and luke warm. Whilst the staff were pleasant, the focus seemed to be on speed, rather than delivering what was ordered. 2nd bad experience here.

Missing food, food wasnt hot, waited so long(30 minutes for take away, should of ordered through uber eats) and looked like uber eat took priority over all walk in customer.Should of gone to KFC malagaOnly good thing polite staff members

The chick or dude (not surethat’s managing this store is a bit of a power tripping tool. Store has an attitude problem from top down. This isn’t fast food, quite the opposite - slow and uncoordinated. Not much flexibility to adapt to customers needs, system seems rigid.Owner needs to review team.
