Very rude staff the woman especially to those with disabilities ...unbelievable ....the only polite one who work there was a guy from Grafton ... where is he now ??? Take the time and travel to Coffs or buy off internet.

Pretty offended that a store that sells things I could buy from Amazon cheaper treats me like a thief. I'm a member for Christ's sake I shop there all the time. I guess not anymore
