Came in to spend some money. The Ladies wouldn’t even acknowledge me so I left. Worse customer service ever. Won’t be back

Beautiful store with a great range of clothing from casual to work wear and evening wear. Sales advisors were extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy. Will most definitely be back.

Amazing staff with great service

Extremely unprofessional manager, extremely arrogant and unprepared to do her job, careless to follow up with customer's complaints, uninterested in customer satisfaction, which is a worry coming from an actual store manager. A serious problem with miss communication amongst staff, I have noticed it is a reflection of the poor management as I wasn't contacted multiple times by the manager when specifically told I would. Apparently they lose customers phone numbers (even if you are an online registered customer!), and apparently only recently the manager implemented a 'strategy' of all staff communicating with each other to take items off hold! Something that should be obvious, right?Staff at this store are unprepared, uninformed and lack training, again a reflection of the store manager.When I asked for her name to lodge a complaint she refused to give it, and said this was private information!! Well, they have my email, my address, my phone number, my date of birth, my full name ... and still, I get told her name is more private than my full identification check!This store must be having customer flooding from the door to treat any customer with so much disrespect!Horrible experience!
