Charley's Place - Glenvale

My now 1 year old daughter has been at Charley's Place Glenvale for a few months and we love it so much. The brand new centre is beautifully designed and the staff are so incredible. Angie and Kathy always greet everyone with an emphatic hello and the girls in the nursery are all so wonderful. As being a brand new centre, we were understanding of the initial start up demand and the roll out of processes, however their communication has always been prompt.We can't wait to see our daughter grow up through the centre.

We are so happy we have chosen to put our children at Charley's Place Glenvale, the care and education is outstanding, the meals are warm and nutritious, the playground is full of adventure and fun.We are so happy we made the change :)

Said they had full week availability then when I come in they say they’re stretching for days (totally understand). Sent a email as I didn’t hear back from them. (Lack of communication).I was able to go tour other centres around and heard back right away on availabilities. Then when I called them to follow up on my morning visit of the centre they had the audacity to discriminate my son on why they couldn’t ‘care’ for him as they couldn’t accommodate his ‘needs’ as he in non verbal and also stated they’re‘Stretched for days’ I’ve never heard this from any daycare centre and felt hurt! I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re kid knows how to tie shoe laces by 1.!

My son is in Under the stars room. The educators in the room are amazing. The attention to detail, communication and love they provide is outstanding. Nothing is ever to much for them. I leave my son of a morning knowing full well that he will be doted after and that he would be receiving nothing but the best care from such a beautiful group of ladies. The centre is so beautifully clean and inviting and we are so lucky to have Charley’s place to care for our little man. If your looking for exceptional care in a beautiful friendly environment, then this is your place.
