Great place to live, I love it that you can walk to the shops, the swimming area is fantastic and our apartment has wonderful views overlooking the lake. Love the gym and spa and walking around the lake for exercise.

The pool and spa has to be my favourite! The place is amazing! Feels like a resort! Great mantainence and facilities! Some of the views from lakeside apartments are spectacular!

Lacking in security, there is a bird infestation problem, noisy birds most mornings and daily squawking.The pool area is very nice but south facing, its cooler on sunny days.The change rooms and steam room are worn out just like the gym.Considering there are so many apartments paying body corporate fees I would think the grounds, common areas and CCTV / Sercurity would be kept better maintained and modernised.I wouldn’t “reserve” this place

Living here since two years, while studying at Bond University. It is a very nice location with an amazing view over the lake. Apartments are in very nice conditions. Gym nice pool with sand beach available. For students perfect suit. Only bad thing for this price Internet and electricity is not included!

Awesome place to live, but not so awesome when the receptionist tells you to “move out” when looking for an answer as to why renovations start at 8am… this is really upsetting and I’m surprised the body corporate of this place has someone as incompetent as her dealing with people. It’s 2022, DO BETTER
