Solar Worx

Rob was amazing from day one coming and educating us about solar and organising our package. My experience was a little painful with installers. Installers came out to find wrong brackets delivered so install was delayed. I had the meter box upgraded which became the biggest headache. Installers disconnected my split system and motorised blind which hasn’t been reconnected. I was told to get an electrician to come out and fix it. Due to the upgrade in meter box I was also without lights for two nights again told to get an electrician to come fix it. I don’t understand how you can leave people without lights and just leave the job. Still struggling to connect solar to my smartphone to see energy usage.

I was really happy with the customer service from everyone at Solar worx. Iam happy to say that the whole experience was seamless. The Solar worx installers and work crew where above my expectation. All mess was cleaned up and taken away. I am so happy with the system cant wait to see the results.

Recently upgraded to a larger solar system ..we chose SOLAR WORX as our installer..everything went smoothly as far as appointments and times.. the installers were here when they said they would be we didn't have to wait around for them to come..they were very polite and worked very efficiently and cleaned up as they worked..no mess for us to clean up..our neighbour actually remarked on what a great tidy job they had done and how good the panels looked..when the inverter inspector came to do the inspection he said that whoever installed the system had done a great job..now we just have to sit back and hopefully save some cash
