For property management suggest going elsewhere. After a long association managing my property ( which I was pleased with) the last 2 years the service has been lacking. I've been left out of pocket, insurance have declined a R&M claim ( which i have not seen since 2016) stating the property has not been maintained despite me actioning all repairs advised. And conflicting advise one day to the next. For sanity's sake go elsewhere.

Raine and Horne Leura has been managing my property for the last five years and I’ve found them to be professional and extremely thorough in dealing with every aspect of the management process. During this time their Property Manager Sally Stead has been nothing short of wonderful.. from negotiating tenancy agreements to liaising with potential and current tenants, arranging maintenance and routine inspections as required and making the owner/agent/tenant relationship an easy one. I can’t speak more highly of Sally and thank Brenton, Sarah, Sally and the team at Raine and Horne Leura for their professionalism in every way.

I met Nastassia for the first time in July 2021 and from the get go it was a very calming experience to finalise our rental property after 4 months of searching to make our tree change.The vibe just flowed with the same energy throughout our time at the house. She was always accomodating and went above and beyond to fit us in when we needed to come up from sydney to measure or assess our grand move .Her turn around times in any situation are impeccable .super professional and graceful .She has been a part of our journey in the mountains and we will forever be greatful to her for making it so positive . When we need to put our property on investment she will be my goto person and I totally recommend her to anyone who would like to have a brilliant experience with all the stress that comes with rental properties . Unprofessional and lazy! These people managed my property for three years during which time they cost me money, tenants and equanimity.For three years my bathroom leaked and for three years they didn't send an appropriately qualified tradesmen I.e.plumber, just handymen.They never once chased a warranty or guarantee, they just hired someone new, once, twice in the same 10 day period.They blatantly lied when telling me that the strata doesn't cover it. The strata covers it for qualified plumbers not handymen. Their 'reports' where a joke, some of which I'm still waiting for.Finally at my insistence they sent a professional plumber which the strata paid for.To sum up: never employed an appropriate tradesman, never chased a warranty or guarantee, never employed the same people twice, lied to me to cover their own unprofessionalism, failed to send reports for work I was charged for. I wrote to them about their unprofessionlism but they refused outright to except any responsibility for their actions. They became the baine of my life and I'm glad to be rid of them.

I have bought properties through R&H Leura and found them to most professional whilst making the experience personable. I am also using their Property Management services and am thoroughly happy with the service. Again, professional and aiming for the best result for myself and my tenants. Local rental knowledge is second to none. Thoroughly recommend.
