This company sends us spam emails.We have never contacted there company - and have no idea if they are a reputable business. You have to ask yourself though, who just goes fishing on the internet for email addresses and blankets a region with emails? SPAMMERS!

Placed an order going by online prices. Paid for it .... Got a call later to say their advertised prices online was incorrect and for 4 items that I ordered would be another $100.00. Apparently it's in their terms and conditions that if advertised prices are incorrect they can later .... After the transactions change the price and ask for the balance. I wonder how many other people have been led to purchase with a particular price in mind and then the price is hiked after the purchase. The person who spoke to me on the phone said they would email me a copy of that clause but haven't heard anything. ...After a few days of my order being cancelled a lovely Manager called and Rectified the problem. Thank you very much.

Omg there is no other company I could deal with. These guys are just amazing honest and fantastic. They are extremely caring. They call me each month to make sure I am doing ok if I need anything. Love this company

Alpha Medical Solutions is a great company to deal with. I trust them fully with their advice and help. Great service, fast delivery and most of all the best up to date medical supplies/equipment, from band aids to the biggest medical needs . I am a small goods buying customer yet they treat me like I'm their biggest client, nothing is too much or hard for them.... And during this current Pandemic they have gone overboard to get their services and orders out to their clients or 'Family' and yes they do make you feel like part of their family, with great communication and extra low costings on their goods. Helped us in our hour of need, on more than one occasion. I had the experience of dealing with Alpha in January 2020. The communication is fast and courteous, and I got the reply in detail, and order was processed promptly.The communication on delivery was helpful as I was out during the time and they allow me to arrange for dropping off the goods in a safe location.I would highly recommend this company and will order again.

Do NOT purchase products for the elderly or disabled from this unscrupulous company. They sell products that are completely unsuitable and cumbersome. Immediate response from their inflexible customer service was to refuse to return an UNOPENED product. Their terms & conditions provide illegal rules on returns that go against Government standards. I have advised My Aged care package to not deal with them again.

Not acceptable at all, placed an order 2 weeks ago over the phone & took the payment straight way , 2 weeks later , still waiting for items. & they said they dont have the items in stock. Now getting refund. What a joke. If you dont have items in stock , make sure dont ask for payments.
