Warren is so helpful! Helped changed two punctured tyre from accident within 1.5 hours. Did not make an appointment because it’s an accident. However, they so nice and helpful. Saved me so much trouble. Good attitude and great service!

This specific mycar site has been my go-to mechanic for over 5 years. They have been honest, helpful and reliable all the way through. No up-selling, rip-offs or dodgy fixes.If you ask questions, they will take the time to make recommendations and/or explain things as needed, without being patronising. Got my tyres rotated recently under the tyre care plan and it was easy and free. I was also recommended to do an alignment check which I did as well for $79.Just a minor tweak as below will make it a 5 star experience:A printed record showing what rotation pattern was applied (pattern depends on the car itself and tyres involved), any balancing performed and the alignment parameters both before and after wheel alignment was done would be excellent. Some shops already provide this..
