This place honestly gets every single section for you. Literally takes time and carefully laser everything!! Unlike other places - I lay down they would zap me 3-5 times and tell me I’m done lol…. But Eden laser hair removal Bankstown LITERALLY GOES IN EVERY SINGLE HAIR FOR YOU!!! They are too good! Highly recommended! I will never go anywhere else but here :)

I have been coming to ELC Bankstown for a couple of years now. My last appointment was with Anne and wow, she is such a perfectionist! I am so happy with the job she did, she never missed any spots, she was gentle, I felt so comfortable with her (felt like I had known her forever) and I loved how she would applying the cooling gel right after she lasered an area instead of waiting till the end. I am so happy with how friendly and how professional she was. I will be booking all my appointments with her from now on, she is amazing! Thank you so much Anne!

I did dermafrac with Alisha on 15/01/23. She is outstanding and is amazing at what she does. I don't know anything about beauty facials and she took her time to explain what the best process/alternatives are. I would give her more than 5 stars If I could!

Anne did an amazing and relatively pain free job on my full body laser which has been been quite a painful and anxious experience in the past! Worst customer service. I don’t understand how the company keeps these people as workers. The service we received yesteray from Alisha and Jess at Eden Bankstown was disgusting. Both served us angrily with a loud voice and were not helping at all. I warned alisha a couple of times to calm down. Their priority should be giving good customer service however these two don’t know how to talk respectfully to customers. Don’t know how to trust these people now for future treatments that i bought previously.

The staff here are enthusiastic and skilled. The room is clean and tidy. You need to show the vaccine certificate before entry. Came here 2 times, both very satisfied!
