Reception staff very friendly and accommodating.Last minute adjustments made to vehicle before I took delivery carried out swiftly after brief discussion.Car was in clean and tidy condition at pick up.Use of loan car was very helpful.

Had a good experience with the repair centre. The waiting time was long for booking an appointment because they were busy and the times were all booked out but it was understandable. Fair communication and interactions. The only thing I didn't like about my experience was that I drove there to get a quote but there was no one left to give me a quote at that time. The guy who I spoke to on the phone didn't give me a clear message about the time. But overall it was a good experience, they were able to fix my car on time.

Don’t use this crash repairer. They tried to fix my E36 convertible awhile ago that’s my project car.First paint job didn’t even match the car at all. The second time around it was within reason but they didn’t fit the door correctly. Took it back and they fixed it.The door card was loose and now that I have taken it off I found missing screws, broken clips and they just tried to glue sections of the door back.Worst job I have even seen.Stay away at all cost. Use anybody else.

Incredible rude service. If you are female I would highly recommend going somewhere else. My wife had lots of mansplaining and talked down to, it’s beyond comprehension this type of businesses still survive.

Very average paint work, unfinished work when we picked up the vehicle. Absolutely poor customer service also, quite rude towards us when we picked fault with their workmanship. I Would never use this company again!!
