Absolute disgrace. Every time I visit I get the same basic hair cut as the guy who cuts it despite what I ask for. I thought I'd try one last time to explain in great detail and ended walking out looking like an idiot.

Good haircuts, though quite often way to crowded to be able to get one. Not their fault, either go somewhere else or extend the location. I'm sure they have the money for it.

Always have my hair cut here,best ever and I'm picky,would not use any other,lovely staff and very clean.My hair always cut well.

60 minute wait with four children. The guy with the glasses is extremely rude and lacks the basics in offering any form of decent service. I Incorrectly pushed the button for the same hairdresser to cut two kids hair. Kindly asked the guy with glasses that whoever was available first to do a cut would be suitable and appreciated.Despite this polite request, he served a guy who walked in 20 minutes after us. Absolutely no common sense and he was so passive aggressive in his approach telling me I was ‘high maintenance’ and that he was only doing what was ‘fair’. Jesus mate, I waited patiently with four young children and common sense and decent service played no part in this guys decision making. Whoever the owner should be pulling this barber aside and having a word about his manners.Surely having a customer with four children is good for business?Will never go back with any of my four kids.What a joke!!

Joe and his team do a great hair cut everytime. Friendly professional staff, and competitive pricing.

Expect a bit of a wait if you go in on a Saturday, but at other times it's not too bad. In line with other prices in Bowral, and the loyalty program gives you $10 off every 6 cuts.
