Emma did a fantastic first puppy groom on our 5 month little spoodle, Sheba. She is patient, caring, thorough & carefully explained each part of the grooming process to Sheba & with us. Emma did a fantastic job with our 6 month old toy poodle, Frankie's, first full groom. It was quite important for it to be a relaxed and positive experience, and in Emma's capable hands, he settled quickly and was groomed wonderfully.Definitely the first of many appointments.
