Jimmy and his team showed up on time with a smile and did THE most complicated juggle in our house. We needed 2 very large couches brought down downstairs and we replaced them with 2 even larger ones that needed to be brought upstairs. I don't know how on earth they did the move as we have a very small and narrow 3 flight staircase. I actually can't believe they did! They made a complicated job seem easy and were the utmost professionals. They took above excellent care of our new couches and made sure not to damage them in the switch. I will most definitely use him again and can't recommend him more highly!!!! Thanks Jimmy and boys!!!

We had Bobby and his team come to lift my 73kg couch over our third floor balcony after my long-awaited lounge couldn't fit through my front door. They made it seem like a breeze! They were lovely to deal with, very considerate and helped to get the couch set up. Great service at a reasonable price that I will use again in the future and recommend to others. Thank you guys!

A client of mine was badly let down by a removalist firm last weekend. They had warned the removalist firm about the sofa and asked them to look at it but no, the owner of the firm knew better. Of course, on moving in day the sofa was unable to be delivered due to tricky access. The whole moving day was a nightmare due to the removalists being unprepared and unorganised. Jump to Tuesday. Jimmy's boys arrived and the sofa was up and over the balcony in minutes. I would happily recommend BG Delivery and am using them again this coming week, wk beg 12/9/22. Peace of mind is every thing regards tricky deliveries and I now trust that BG Delivery will be my go to company when access is an issue.

Amazing service!!!I spoke to Jimmy on Monday regarding moving my new couch through a 1st-floor balcony. Couch was delivered by Jimmy's crew on Wednesday with no fuss. Could not be happier :-)

I have to say that Jimmy and his team are the real deal. Made light work of an awkward lounge/balcony situation that I was very stressed with. Super easy to communicate with and they were in and out in 15 minutes. Seriously impressive, I will definitely be using again and recommending to my friends!

Jimmy and his team came out at very late notice for us to help us get our new couch up to our fourth floor (walk up) unit after the delivery people couldn’t. They were very professional and friendly, and I would use them again.
