bought what I wanted on special great buy

There is a middle aged lady that works here and I’ve only seen her twice and each time I go in there she is shockingly rude to her customers. Last time I went in there was a man infront of my partner and I and he described cigerettes to her that his girlfriend wanted and she said “look tell her to buy her own cigerettes” and he just walked out and afterwards she shook her head and bitched about him to us, now today my partner went in to get cigerettes and asked about prices and she said “we don’t have prices” so he asked what brands because he knows some aren’t cheaper than other s and she said “if you don’t know what you want you shouldn’t smoke” then ended it with “if you want to browse then go to the tobacconist”So he left and you guys lost ANOTHER customer to her behaviour, if you don’t want people coming into your shop then don’t work here.It would just be nice to go into the store and feel like you are welcome.

The lady that was working today was so very helpful nothing was a bother to her and assisted me with everything I wanted to know thankyou it was a pleasure shopping there.

Disgraceful service from a young female staff member and older female manager who would not serve me because they saw my 17 yo son put beer into my trolley; he was just helping me! I explained I was the one buying the alcohol and not my son who was helping and they we’re not willing to listen to common sense and logic . They were very rude and my advice to the owner of this business is to make sure his staff are properly trained in customer service and common courtesy.Disgraceful service!!!!q

The bloke with glasses there should be sacked left an old price tag on some beer and didn’t believe the price when I told him charged $2 more then advertised dud of a shop

I absolutely love BWS they do have good prices and sales on her in Forster Tuncurry but I do miss Uncle Dan's as that fella your just simply can't beat his prices but here in the Forster Tuncurry area we don't have a Dan Murphys.
