I have had a number of excellent dealings with David Galloway and his firm, Lawyers by the Bay. He is a very competent and empathetic lawyer who handles himself professionally. He is conversant in the latest laws and this helps him to work out the correct approach to the case. His work is meticulous and well thought out. His documents are eloquent but to the point and delivered in a timely fashion. The invoices are reasonable and there are no hidden surprises. I highly recommend Mr Galloway and his firm.

Contacted them yesterday on an urgent matter, as a New client. Message taken - I was told I would be called back. Rang again, as matter was urgent. Again told someone would get back to me. Still haven't heard from them. I can't recommend them sadly. Lucky for me, they are not the only solicitors in Mornington.
