Have used this business on many occasions to install watch batteries and new watch bands. Last week a watch needed a new battery got it installed but after a day the seconds sweep hand started catching on one of the markers. Obviously it had come loose when the battery was being installed, took it back but the proprietor refused to even attempt to help. Will never return.
