Checked online and specifically called to check that they had the item I was looking for, was assured they do. A 45 minute drive later I arrive and it turns out they never did. Worst customer experience I’ve had - horribly disrespectful of other peoples time . 0 stars but the minimum I could give was 1

Smaller than the city store of course but still good range. Always very simple items and clean cut styles. Surprising assortment of licensed products with some items that are a bit weird but interesting. Prices are decent but H&M seems a lot cheaper in other countries.

Just like any other H&M store, but this one is less crowded than the one in Glasshouse Shopping Centre in the city. They had a wide range and in all sizes. Wanted to give a shout-out to the lovely staff behind the counter who recommended to sign up as a member, which gave me a 10% discount on first week of purchases...

Arrived 11.30 no one to serve in men’s department until after 12.30. In women’s department only one person on the till attending to problems and as cashier for men and women’s dept. So after waiting 20 minutes for service and asking for help, gave up. This is v poor service for such a large store.

No service, they rely on security guards to monitor customers which creates a cold and untrustworthy atmosphere. Clothing is below average quality and has a mass produced feel to it, but it is well priced.

I picked up seven peace of clothes but staff didn’t allow me to try because they would close five minutes later. So why you allowed to come your store in last hour. Please close to door one hour before or warn me about this situation. Because it’s waste of my time and really rude attitude.

My girlfriend forgot her cellphone at the changing room so she went back to the store the next day to collect it. The manager had the phone secured at the counter and even made sure the phone's battery stays full in case we would call. Greatly appreciated.

You are letting people get inside of the shop but not letting to go inside fitting rooms because you will close in 10 minutes.We have been returned from the fitting room with clothes on our hands. If you not let me do the shopping what is the point of being open? I don't think people are coming your shop for just hanging around. Entries should have closed before return people from fitting rooms door!
