Gentle Dental Care - Wetherill Park

My 3 young children were terrified of dentist trips. After making the switch to GDC i have never been happier. The brilliant staff made the experience as comfortable as possible for myself, my wife and kids. By far the best dentist ive visited full of professionals. Also have recommended them to all friends and family

I am happy to go and get my teeth looked after here after previously trying other dentists. They are very professional and I think Holly is the best dentist in Wetherill Park. Every time I go there, she makes sure I'm comfortable and follows up with me. My mouth feels and looks like a work of art. I've never had better service from a dentist!

From reception to dentists everyone is lovely, professional and compassionate. I had 8 teeth out in one day (they weren't in bad shape, just making room for braces) and everything went well. My family and i have been going here for check ups and cleans for a few years and have always been happy with the service. Clean and comfortable and pricing is comparable with other reputable dentists.

I have been here twice now, one for myself for a filing and second with my 12 year old son for two baby teeth extractions. Recently, after my sons appointment I received a follow-up call from the nurse to check on my son (never had that service from any other dentist). I felt the dentists which I dealt with were extremely hygienic and professional and the premises uses the latest equipment - XRAY, camera's, tooling and I found out they also do braces etc. They do charge a little more than other dentists I have been too, but I feel it is completely worth it.They also open 7 days which is a major plus as I am a full time working mother. So weekends suit better :)

I have been seeing Holly as my dentist for around 4 years now, previous to seeing her i had a phobia of going to the dentist. Holly has needed to do a number of root canals for me, one that was done through a bridge. Holly is always patient and explains in detail the steps that need to be taken to correct my issue, she continues to check with me during the procedure that I am comfortable and not experiencing any discomfort. After each visit with her, I have always come away without any pain, once the anaesthetic has worn off, I remain pain free. I would highly recommend Holly for anybody that is at all anxious or anyone who has children to book with Holly. She will give an honest assessment of your dental needs and complete the procedures professionally and compassionately, whilst making sure your completely comfortable and at ease the entire time. Had major tooth pain, after seeing so many different dentists and was traumatised and had so many bad experiences I decided to go to GDC at wetherill park. I was squeezed in straight away and was seen by Amanda, the best service I could have asked for. She was so kind, explained everything, made sure I was comfortable and all times & was very thorough. I will definitely be going back to see Amanda, the dental assistants were also very helpful and make me feel at ease knowing I was in good hands. Thankyou GDC see you in a couple weeks.

The team at Gentle Dental Care in Wetherill Park have been absolutely fabulous. My dental hygienist Alema made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. She is gentle, informative and BEST at cleaning teeth. I highly recommend her to everyone. I love attending my checkups as the whole team are always so welcoming and really make you feel at home! Was very impressed with the service, care and knowledge of Dr Holly at Gentle Dental. I’d had a tooth ache for a number of weeks and been to 2 other dentists elsewhere with no help and mis diagnosis. Holly took her time and explained to me exactly what was going on she gave me two treatment options to choose from that suited my budget and pain levels. Thank you for your help Holly. All I can say is thank god for Holly at Gentle Dental and her experience and expertise in correctly diagnosing and treatment my problem so efficiently!!! Will definitely be back here and be referring friends and family.

A very unpleasant experience today with the manager Tanya. There were issues with service item number for one of my son’s health insurance, therefore I had to ask for the receipts and guidance. During this process Tanya who expressed she is the manager of gentle dental in Wetherill Park raised her voice over the phone and also treated me rudely face to face. It made my experience quite threatening because of her erupt verbal conversation. Her behaviour was extremely disrespectful. I asked why she was being so rude, she admitted that she was upset about the health insurance issue and accused me of faulting them. It’s not professional the way she acted in front of her staff, my sons and others in the clinic especially when a customer has provided feedback. The problem that caused all this was that there was an issue with how gentle Dental / HCF item numbers are able to be claimed . She admitted that this issue has been going on for a while now and so I ask myself if this has been going on for a while then why hasn't it been fixed on gentle dentals side or at least expressed this to their clients? I am really considering not coming back to this dental practise for my whole family as this left a very sour taste. The dentists are good but Tanya was Terrible. I will be taking this further to Josephine Russo the CEO of Gentle Dental care.

The team at Gentle Dental Care is absolutely amazing I am petrified of dentists but they have always made me feel relaxed and explained every step of the way. Special mention: Alema who is the dental hygienist and I see regularly. She is super gentle and does an awesome job every single time. I walk away with the cleanest teeth and a big smile. Thank you!!
