Amrita Park Meadery
Amrita Park mead is simply delicious....We have purchased several different varieties of mead over the last couple of years including Traditional, Ginger & Lime, Passionfruit and Jaboticaba. All of them are unique in their own way and oh soooo tasty.Nicola and Andy's property is located in the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland. There you're spoilt for choice of such a diverse selection of artisinal food and beverages - Amrita Park Meadery is well worth a detour to try some very special products that they have produced themselves with an obvious flair for creating an excellent product. The only down side of this stuff is that the bottles seem to empty far too quickly ;-).

The Amrita Park Meadery was one of the most informative cellar door experiences I have had.Co owner Nicola was such a delightful host. The warm friendly smile matched the setting of the grounds and premise.Listenng to Nicola talk about the origins of Mead in a historical and personal sense of how Amrita Park Meadery came to be was such an inspiring tale.So then came the tasting...OMG!!! From the first sip that ran passed my Listening and over my tongue to the seventh product tasted, I found myself in awe of the products I had been shown. We just had to buy all seven varieties as I could not pick a favourite they were all amazing.I believe these wonderful people Nicola and Andy and the products they have produced deserve to be promoted wholeheartedly.Well done...We will return and will be an online customer in the meantime.

Visited this Stunning Meadery on the Noosa Drinks tour from Sunshine Coast Craft Beer Tours and fell in love with the place. Their Mead is absolutely stellar. I bought several bottles to take home and will be visiting them regularly. Beautiful gardens, lovely owners, and a rich history. Thanks to Josh for taking us and opening our minds!

A lush setting for luscious mead tasting!Nicola's explanation of mead and mead making was enlightening and entertaining. We even took her great grandmother home (available in a bottle) and a mead horn from which to drink her!

the Meadery was closed but as we drove in we were welcomed by Andy and his wife and they opened up for us. A really facinating experience, we learned all about Mead and tried all the beautiful flavours. Andy was passionate, interesting and very generous, a great experience, don't drive past without stopping by

A divine brew,A taste so sweet, so pure, so true,Born from flowers, and buzzing wings,A gift from nature, that forever sings. Its color golden, its taste divine,A heavenly elixir, that's simply sublime,With every sip, a burst of flavor,A moment of joy, that we can savor. The bees that gather, this precious prize,Work tirelessly, under the sun and skies,They flit and flutter, from flower to flower,Collecting the nectar, hour by hour. And in the hive, they work as one,Building, cleaning, and having fun,Their labor yields, a gift so grand,A golden liquid, from their land.So let us raise, a cup or two,To the nectar of the gods, that's so true,May it remind us, of nature's grace,And the bees that make it, in their race. For without them, this gift divine,Would simply vanish, in the course of time,So cherish it, and the bees too,For they bring us, the nectar of the gods in a park where immortality awaits. My experience at the meadery was truly delightful thanks to Andy's vast knowledge and charming explanations about the meads. I highly recommend adding this spot to your must-visit list.

Nicola explained the Mead varieties and their flavour additives very well. As a bonus some of Andy's Moto Guzzis were on display. Took home a nice bottle of Jaboticaba Melomel, only bought one so that I have an excuse to return soon.
