My car was already quite clean it just needed a very basic clean (vacuuming, wiping interior) I paid for the $60 clean and it looks the exact same, the boot looks like it hasn’t even been touched, there is still marks on the doors inside and cobwebs on the side windows. Terrible job

Terrible service. Do not wash your car here. My car was just as dirty on the inside when I picked it up. I paid for wash and vacuuming but they didn’t vaccum, there was dog hair everywhere still and they didn’t wipe. The door rims were still very dusty and the wheels too. They charge $70 for a wash and clean but they do a sloppy job. I went back to complain and the guys says “ to vacuum dog hair, we charge $200. The audacity. Very very bad carwash

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE OR PAY A LOCAL KID THEY WILL DO A BETTER JOB 10 FOLD!We have used these guys a few times in the past and to be honest never really 'looked over' their work. Today we had a $70 exterior wash and internal wipe and vacuum. What an absolute waste of money! What did they vacuum? My floor mats at the most and even they were done very poorly!Missed of the the car lol seriously? What a joke!Wiped down maybe the dashboard?They left behind finger marks throughout the interior of the car not even bothering to wipe them down.VERYYY VISIBLE Dust cuts through the paintwork!!! Which were NOT THERE prior to coming here!!How are they still operational with such horrible quality???See photos!

Rude staff, very unprofessional, Come back after paying $65+ to a dirty car that I much easily could’ve done myself in half the time they took.

Paid $70 for car clean and I’m not sure they did anything! Glass is still dirty outside of car still dirty interior even worse.This place is a joke

I went to Wash n Shop Southland to get my car washed and I left with it un finished, they said to come back after making a complaint saying it’s clearly not finished and they agreed. I went back and instead they abused me and said who do you think I am god? I only give 80%, I stood up to them like what’s going on? Why won’t you clean my car properly like you agreed too as I have paid already! I then got verbally abused so badly I had to call the cops as it left me feeling unfairly treated and so uncomfortable! They are a part of Star Car wash also who I was passed onto to make a complaint who did nothing to fix the problem for me. So basically I paid $250 for them not to clean my car properly and left with abuse and somebody who actually admitted they only give 80%, what kind of a world are we living in! I am disgusted!

Aman, Harry, Happy and all the crew are fantastic. We have used them for years. They have cleaned and detailed all our Mustangs - from the old classics to the modern cars. Always helpful, always exceptional standard and happy honest people. We refer all our friends and customers to them as we highly recommend them.

I have been attending this car wash business for 3 years and am very happy with the service, attention to detail, quality of work undertaken. I take two of my own vehicles, 2022 BMW 330i and a 2021 BMW M3 Competition, I regularly take these vehicles for detailing. I also take two other friend's vehicles for detailing. I highly recommend this business.
