I took my pup to this place last week for get a puppy cut with enough hair, and strictly asked not to shave it too short, fluffy look should still be there. But when I saw him I was shocked. He was almost bald! Girls told that he was moving too much and his behaviour is not good, which I haven’t heard from anyone else before. They even didn’t trim his nails properly. I’m very disappointed with the service.

What a gem both Ali and Mel are!! They were quick to respond to my query and booked my baby Oscar in the following week! They are very accommodating to his needs as Oscar is a little frail and old and he felt calm when I left him (after being there for a few minutes to make sure he’s settled). They took good care of him and he looks like a brand new dog after the wonderful job of grooming and de-shedding his fur (which was loooong overdue). Thanks again ever so much Mel and Ali!! See you again soon. ☺️☺️

took my dog here last week and was told at the end that he moving too much (understandable) so they weren’t able to trim the back of his legs or his nails properly but instead of letting me know they weren’t able to give him the full groom that I’m paying for which I was quoted $85 but charged $110 including the behavioural fee although they didn’t trim his nails properly or his hair and they still charged the full price and the extra fee. Very dissatisfied and my dog was frightened after he came back home, he wouldn’t let anyone touch him or go near him.

Ali and Mel were so good with my 5month old groodle, he has his first wash, cut and pamper since I’ve had him.... they were absolutely amazing with him! So patient, caring and kind with my very nervous boy!!Highly recommend! Amazing job girls I can’t thank u enough!

Mel and Ali are a breath of fresh air! I'm really happy to have found them and with the grooming they did for our little Buddy. They are very professional and down to earth. I look forward to our next appointment. I will gladly recommend them to my friends.

My 1st visit was a great experience for me and maximus. Max come out so soft fluffy and clean. The girls are very welcoming, professional and do a wonderful job thanks ladies. I would highly recommend this place
