Extremely happy with our rug, mattress and fabric sofa clean. Plans changed on our side at the last minute and Ian and Renee were very accommodating. They were efficient, and considerate of our house with set up and pack up of their equipment. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service. So professional and such detailed knowledge. I’ve used this family business twice now and am stoked every time.Our carpet had some puppy accidents which we thought we got out but you could still often smell it. Now it’s gone and carpet is like new again, soft and lovely.

10/10 recommend - Kevin from Nu-Look did the carpets at my place recently which was a bit of a mess from some previously sick cats, and they came up great - He explained any challenge areas, and then still exceeded expectations including getting a better result on an old area that had been cleaned elsewhere previously :D

Professional and efficient. I had disgusting carpets that had never been professionally cleaned. Over 10+ years of dirt in them. They did a heavy duty clean in 3 rooms in an hour. They ran boiling hot water through the carpets sanitising them. They smell and feel so damn nice. I was aware all the light stains made by my pets wouldn't change. But it was the ability to see between the fibres again that really impressed me, all that dirt gone. The fellow mentioned they had regulars, we will consider getting a lighter clean done more often
