I recently just shopped at Bunnings and I am disappointed. I asked an employee named Meg about a product and where to find it, her attitude and irritated behaviour absolutely shocked me. Please do better.

Needed a piece of timber cut and after asking numerous staff, special order, trade and timber desks, they had all different excuses and just wanted to palm me off to the next person the timber panel was 2200x600x26mmAnd needed it to be 1335x600x26mm something so simple as a single cut and Shepparton Bunnings couldn’t help me was very dissapounted and will be going to mitre 10 from now on as they’re much more helpful!

Gave this Bunnings an extra star as the service here has not disappointed once. It has a good vibe and is always bustling. Just need to keep on top of open registers for the volume of people.

Experienced a slow moving passive aggressive staff member on the 'smart' products desk who obviously did not want to be there. She couldn't reach the product I wanted so had to slouch off to get the ladder. She made such a performance of it all and after a considerable time I got tired of waiting and left without a purchase. Back from my holiday now so will be buying my item from my local Echuca Bunnings where the staff are happy and helpful.

Very disappointingI go to Bunnings let’s say once a week for something. Happy with the store as such.But today when going back to my car I found my battery had ran out. Stupidly left the car on for my son to have the radio on. My jumpstarts are not in that car.I went back to the store. Asked the person at the entrance for some help (having in mind maybe a friendly employee would have gotten me jump started).Her reply was we sell batteries. We sell jumpstart cables. Ask someone on the parking.How is that for client in need service. Happy to take my money but nothing else. I am sure this is a single person employee response but it does reflect and on the stores image.For what it’s worth. But bad review.

These guys are never down to help or assist with anything in the store.As soon as they see you approaching them and they know you’re asking for help; they literally try their hardest to avoid you.So rude.Unfortunately the least I can do is give them 1 star, there’s no option for Zero!

This Bunnings warehouse in Shepparton is 2nd Largest in Victoria - roughly 19700 square meters and around 450 cars parking space.Any Bunnings warehouse is the best place when it comes to buy:1. Home improvement and outdoor living products2. Project builders3. Commercial tradesman4. Housing industry5. Cleaning products6. Electrical products7. Mechanical hand tools8. Power tools9. Gardening10. Doors and accessories11. Carpets12. Metal sheets13. List goes on and on.Another excellent thing about every Bunnings store is that they organise teaching classes for community on various activities like painting, buildings, modifications, electrical activities etc.Products supplied at Bunnings are always at very competitive prices and mostly are cheaper than any other retailer.(Please like my review if it was helpful or advise edit if you would like me to change something in review).Thanks.
