Enjoyed my first remedial massage here a couple of weeks ago. The clinic is very welcoming and homely. The staff are very friendly and the relaxing tea at the end is a nice touch. I did notice my therapist had squeaky shoes when she walked around during the massage which could be distracting to some clients.

Having the best experience with Harumi, I am 31 weeks pregnant and been seeing her for around 3-4 weeks and will continue until delivery. She’s been amazing and is really concentrated on the sore parts of my body and I can honestly say I move and sleep better cause of her.She’s extremely professional in what she does plus I have the feeling am actually getting a proper massage not like other ones where it is way too light and soft to do anything.If I could give 6 stars I would!Thank you Harumi & Team ❤️

Smells amazing, super quiet and calm. I got a remedial massage from the lovely Aki after I pulled a muscle in my neck. Aki gave me an absolutely wonderful massage. I will be sure to be back for some more healing.

I walked in on Tuesday for the first time and I was greeted with the calming aromatherapy of DōTERRA being diffused. The setting was beautiful and calming also. The staff were friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend! 10/10 experience! I will be coming back!

Booked a couples massage for my partner and myself. Really enjoyed the service. Loved the attention to detail when asked if there was areas I wanted more focus on and the pressure I liked. Really enjoyed the complimentary tea ready for me at the end. Highly recommended.

One of the best massage places I've ever been to. I've been coming here for years now. Really nicely set up and clean, always smells nice with the diffusers running, professional and friendly service, great massage and they offer you a complimentary T2 tea at the end! They always give me advice about my tight shoulders and what stretches to do to try and loosen them up. They also send out a discount voucher after each session so you can book in again for a discounted rate!

The aesthetic of the place is gorgeous, and the ambiance is lovely too, that is until it gets disrupted by someone in the other rooms or at reception talking as the rooms only have partitioned walls, so you can easily hear everything. The therapists are hit and miss, my first massage at Retreat was great, the therapist had great technique and pressure, which made me come back for another massage.My second massage was with a different therapist and it was one of the worst massages I’ve ever had! The therapists pressure was so light despite asking for pressure increase - and I’m not one to ask for heavy pressure or complain. But when I had my reflexology massage, no joke the therapist was just lightly pressing on my feet, and it was so odd and a complete waste. To top it off, the therapist kept stopping and taking long pauses throughout my treatment, it was as if she thought I’d fallen asleep, so she thought she would just take a break?! Also, my scalp massage was very disappointing, the therapist didn’t bother to take out my scrunchie from my hair and just massaged my scalp in one spot doing the same repetitive movements, I was honestly so happy when the treatment was over. Overall this place is alright if you don’t mind hearing background noise of people talking occasionally and if you choose a good therapist. 2.5/5 stars

Today was my first time going to this beautiful place and my first impression was wow! Absolutely amazing and very relaxing as soon as you walk in. My massage was incredible with hot stones, heated bedding & a very good lady doing the job. The receptionist here is also super lovely!! I love and will be coming back 100% <3
