At my free initial consultation, Mariah provided a personalised, comprehensive explanation of the best treatments for me. She talked me through what to expect and spoke positively about the results I could achieve. She showed me before and after photos that inspired me and took detailed measurements of my legs in order to track my progress.I met up with Abby and Tatijana in my first treatment session who were so lovely and positive about my body goals. I felt comfortable with them as they spoke about the transformation I could expect to see. The machine for cryo was of the highest caliber. The consultants set everything up for my comfort and although cold, there was no discomfort associated with the cryo procedure. The treatment rooms were impeccably clean and well-arranged and I felt happy and relaxed during my treatment.I’m now seven weeks into my treatment and I’ve lost a combined total of 19.1cm from my upper thighs! Cryo treatments are totally Incredible!

Nice and friendly service is provided with Burwood team， excellent job～I have done my thigh areas several times，and the result is good.My consultant Jane is knowledgable and professional about freezing treatment.They also have membership system with a lot of discount.

I made an appointment for myself and my 2 sisters. Our first visit was for a consultation. The lady was clueless regarding prices. We didn't make a fuss and continued to pay our deposit. When appointment day arrived, my sisters and I, two of which took time off work to come, were told that the lady who was supposed to carry out the service called in sick. No one bothered to inform us earlier and so all three of us were left without an appointment. The man working at the time promised to compensate for our time lost and also promised to call us back. He said he would call the manager so that all of us can get one free treatment as an apology. (We had wanted a package). That day he never called back.We received a message confirming our new appointment dates. We went the following week AGAIN. And once again our appointment was cancelled because the machine wasn't working. The lady didn't bother apologising, we had to ask for a refund- which they still haven't bothered to return.I've had so many facials done at different clinics. This by far, has been the most unprofessional clinic I've ever seen. At least inform customers when there's a cancellation or when a machine isn't working.It's a real shame.I was deceived by the high ratings. However I wanted to give an honest review for others. And yes, I am customer at this clinic and don't bother denying that as I never disclose my personal information online. I'm more than happy to post the emails I've sent to the clinic regarding this issue should you deny a single word I've said.

The Ladies in Burwood are a remarkable Team. They are very Professional ,Very Friendly and very knowledgeable about treatments types and its benefits,& were absolutely great in tailoring a programme to suit exactly what I wanted.Every Woman deserves to be Pampered :)A Special Thanks to Amy, Natalie, Monica & Laura.

I had a great experience with the Ulfit treatment. My face appears contoured and lifted after having 2 treatments. I really like how my skin looks rejuvenated. I'm very pleased with the overall experience and Amy did a wonderful job. I would recommend this treatment to anyone wanting definition and a younger looking appearance without undergoing surgery.

After first treatment:I could not have chosen a better body sculpting clinic. I had my first fat freezing treatment at Burwood BC and I was amazed by the service and professional staff. My therapist/nutritionist Nancy explained me everything in detail, made me comfortable and at ease. I had an amazing time there. Not only they were able to shaped my body and I feel so confident but also I love the service and care they provide. My favourite treatment is fat freezing and I had great results. This place is very clean and welcoming. After my treatments, i always left with a smile and feeling uplifted.I have done NCTF treatment at Burwood Westfield by Monika and Houda. Both girls are great, friendly and very professional. They make sure to give the best service possible.My treatments went smoothly and i am very satisfied with the result.The part i loved the most was the massage between treatments, which would make me relax completely.

I had been to other beauty salons previously in the past and had unpleasant experiences. At Body Catalyst Burwood the experience from start to finish is Terrific! I highly recommend them.
