Cath was excellent for our 4 weeks of puppy school. Cath's knowledge of dog training coupled with past life as a vet nurse enriched our experience and provided the information we needed as new puppy owners. I highly recommend you give Cath and Positively Rewarding a try.

We cannot recommend Cath highly enough. We have gone through her puppy class as we as her in home one on one session and the whole experience has been amazing with Moodle Alfie. She is so knowledgeable, generous with her resources and time and really put our mind at ease as first time puppy owners by listening to our worries and answering our range of questions. We found all the conflicting information online overwhelming and Cath has made us feel confidence with her simple positive approach to training that we know will be effective if we put in the work. Cath’s down the earth nature, good humour and calmness rubbed off on all of us, not just Alfie who can be a little anxious. We won’t hesitate to connect with Cath again if needed in the future and can’t thank her enough.

We did the training online with our little frenchie pup Luna (since we are in lockdown) The videos and one on one sessions with Cath were fantastic. Luna responded really quickly and it was good to get specific feedback on what we were doing right and wrong! Cath has been extremely helpful with the training of our puppy. She gave us a huge amount of written information about training, that made it easier to continue training at home between classes. She’s so encouraging and we loved the positive focus of her training technique. Auggie couldn’t wait to see Cath each week and show off his learning. Cath made puppy school for Molly really fun and it was what we needed in the initial stressful weeks of first time owning a puppy. She normalized a lot of the behaviors and gave guidance and not judgement. I cannot recommend Cath enough. Due to Covid Cath moved our training online and it was fantastic.Cath is really informative, patient and a great teacher. What we learnt in our zoom call we put into practice for a week and then the following week we were able to show progress and have a look what was missing or what we could do better. Cath also has a range of very short videos to help you with your learning.Cath is really passionate with her work and has a lot of experience and it shows.We have put into practice what we learnt over the last 4 weeks (you do need to be consistent) and our 5 month old Luna can now do the following on command.- Go to her bed- Come while off leash in the park- Sit- Lie down- Walk consistently on a leash without pulling on the lead.- Off (to have her come down from the sofa)- Up (to have her join us on the sofa)- Wait , before coming inside when opening the back door- Stay (for her to stay in her bed) - This is still a work in progress and she is getting better every day.We couldn't be happier with Luna's progress, thank you so much Cath!
