Mr. Phone Riverlink

my wife had her phone screen fixed about a week later she put my phone into be fixed, she broke a $169 part that controlled lighting and many other things, I had to take it to another repair company as she didn't have any screens left, but the screen wasn't the issue it because she broke the other part while removing the screen as she didn't have correct equipment after a day spent at Riverlink with plenty of back and forwards, the phone was fixed by near by company but I have lost facial recognition for ever. Then after all that my wife's screen started to come off. Worst place ever would never go there again they go through more staff than phone screens. Big 0 from us. cost us more repairing our phone because of them.

I spent 40 bucks here to get a case for my phone and a screen protector. Only to find the screen protector cuts my screen off at the borders and the case I bought for my model phone is incompatible as the power button and volume buttons dont alignand it covers my headphone Jack and my microphone at eh bottom. Staff don't seem very knowledgeable regarding thier own products. Won't issue refunds complaining that its the customers fault not theirs. Do not recommend at all.

I bought a phone holder for my car and it broke in six days and I said that it was my fault even though I mentioned the pin was loose when I bought it don’t buy anything from the shop they are just scammers

never would I shop here againI had screen protectors put on my phones .after being told there was no difference between JB HIFI product and theirs. On return to get my phone the cheap junk screen protectors had a hole for the thumb print. it looked so bad.no refunds and poor service. only wish Icould give a 0 star

Very disappointed in my screen saver installed today, took about 10 min to do a 10 second job, and it has 6 bubbles in it. If I lived closer I would take it back, but fuel would cost more than a replacement saver

Where do I even start. If I could rate this company a 0 I would. DO NOT GO HERE. I took my iPhone 7 Plus in to be repaired as the screen was broken. They replaced it, apart from some glue you could see around the speaker it looked fine. But the touch was awful, every time I typed my cursor would jump back to the start of a sentence. After taking it back and having it replaced again it continued. After approaching them for the third time they tried to tell me it was internal issue (mind you I continued using the phone after dropping it so it most certainly wasn’t) - after telling me I couldn’t get a refund I pointed out the policy the women had about refunds right behind her. From which she began to read her own policy - you think she would know what this is. Finally after getting almost all of my money back I took My phone to Happytell. The first thing they said was I don’t know who did this but it’s terrible and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve caused damage. The screws were put in diagonally instead of straight, there was no clear tape used (iPhones are supposed to have this) and this clearly explained why my phone was having issues. CLEARLY NOT INTERNAL. THIS RIP OFF SHOP NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Got a tempered screen installed. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, 15 minutes later (which normally takes about 4min) and $20 later, I discover the screen is unresponsive in areas, so removed their tempered screen and replaced it with one I purchased on ebay and works a treat.Sadly, I don't live close to this store and it'll cost me more in fuel, so a pure waste of $20.Just a pity I didn't see the other reviews before going to this shop. Obviously they have a problem with their products!

I essentially paid them to break my phone. Put my iPhone in because the battery drained very quickly. Worked with their new battery for 2 days then started turning off every 5 minutes for no reason. Went back and they said it was a problem with the motherboard, and that because their new battery wasn't the issue, they wouldn't refund or try to fix it. So I paid $60 for my phone battery to die faster than before, and have it turn off every 5 minutes. Even apple provides better customer serviceUpdate: strangely, after not posting a review for 3 months, kiwipinos writes a 5 star review of Mr. Phones, as well as a a rude review of a Booval phone shop (which included a plug mentioning how 'great' Mr. Phones is). That's a little suspicious don't you think...

went to this store back in january this year to have a phone screen replaced. everything seemed good untill just recently the screen died again for no reason.asked store about warrenty and they replied with only 3 month warrenty and then tried to charge more money for another screen. 6 months ago we paid 190which was advertised on their repair board but this time said the new screen was going to be 210even though on the repair board it was still priced at 190. decided to just buy new phone instead.
