Visiting Brisbane and walked in seeking saving cream for sensitive skin. Exemplary service from the ladies with honest and detailed information on their stock. Highly recommend to anybody needing shaving cream or soap. They also have a sister store in Sydney so all is not lost!

Reading most of the reviews for this place, I have to assume that most of them are fake (posted by professional reviewers and friends of the staff perhaps). I have been going to Bou's for just over a year now and I have found the staff to quite grumpy. It's like, every time I walk in there, they've just had an argument or something. Just a really bad vibe which makes for an uncomfortable experience.The hair cuts they provide are ok but once they put their prices up to be over $40 for a basic cut, it was time for me to head into the city proper where the prices are more realistic.Another annoyance, you can only pay by Eftpos but no matter which way you try to process the transaction (PIN or Pay Wave) they always slug you an extra 50 cents or so. I mean come on guys!

Fantastic find. Welcoming and customer focussed. Sophia can use clippers and scissors competently to give a great, professional cut. Excellent pricing and wide range of services. If you’re sick of barbers just shearing you like a sheep with their clippers - go and see the ladies at Bou’s.

Quit possibly the best hair cut I’ve ever had. I’m not being sexist, but I’ve never had a lady hairdresser capable of cutting my hair the way I like it. I was somewhat desperate, so I gave it a try. I live in Adelaide and frequent Brisbane. I’ll be coming back again and again. 10 / 10

Okay, so the people are somewhat nice. They just don’t look happy at all that you walk in. The haircut I got was rushed and honestly pretty bad for a so called ‘’mens barber’. The price was $45 , honestly don’t waste your time, go to the city centre and get a cut there for higher quality. I assume they are happy you do so, cause they don’t want to see you anyway.

Libby was super friendly and professional, and did a wonderful job. The salon was clean and tidy with a professional but friendly vibe. As I was in the area for holidays, it was great to be able to just walk in. No fuss haircut - just the way men like it! Can highly recommend.

This is a hair salon dressed up to look like a barber if you have a bead and are looking for a BARBER avoid this place!!! If you want a $70 average men’s hair cut please feel free to give them your money.

Flew in from NZ ChCh today, Walked in hot and bothered, got a great welcome, hot towel to start, then and amazing hair cut. hot towel and neck shave a free bottle of water. Bloody awesome, chat great young Barber. Will be back when in Brisbane again.

The woman with the glasses in there charged me 65$ for just a clean shave. I never asked for a price before and that was my mistake.But still didnt expect to be completely robbed on a friday lunchtime. I wont be going back unless its to get my money refunded. Complete rip off people.
