Terrible service. Took my cracked phone screen in and they replaced and put on glass protector which kept cracking resulting in me getting glass in my finger almost everytime i used my phone. Only for my screen to not fully work. It continues to glitch out ridiculously to the point where it called emergency services and I could not hang up. They wouldn’t issue a refund and pretty much blamed the whole issue on me. Absolutely disgusting.

They help me fix my broken screen  , I am so happy about it, good service, nice staff.

A Phone case wasn't usable with QI charger which they sold us under the impression it would.Eastlands Tas Phone Solution pop up shop refused our refund request multiple times even after showing them the consumer rights straight off the accc website.After back and forth with her boss over the phone she claimed she couldn't until her boss gave her authorisation and that we tried another case first (which we didn't want). So she suggested we go away with it for 10 minutes for the sake of pretending for the cameras that the boss checks before she could refund. About an hour later she seemed to process it, however we're still waiting for it to show up on the bank statement.Avoid like the plague.

Very great service and only took 1 hour to repair but now whenever I use my phone the battery is draining every time it isn’t on low power mode.

I had my iPhone X screen replaced. Went in a day before but they had ran out of screen stock. As soon as the stock arrived the next day I received a call from them for assurance. Went in and it took less than 30 mins to get done! Not only was the service efficient but the staff were very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Also on a side note, compared to a lot of other places, they are good value for money ;) highly recommend to check them out as I am sure they offer plenty of other services and accessories. Thanks again Simran and the Phone Solution team :) keep up the great work!

Would rate 0 stars if I could!! Got my iPhone screen fixed here less than a month ago, and the screen started lifting. Took it back in to repair and fix THEIR mistake, owner and employee refused warranty. The owner is very rude and abusive!!! I’d recommend Happy Phone a floor and a few shops down in Eastland, cheaper and very helpful and friendly staff!!

No customers service. Don't buy from this phone place. Ripoff. Brought a universal phone cover. Fell apart in less than a week.Took it back. Had the receipt was told had it to long and there was no exchange or refund. It was 2 weeks from purchase date. Tried to explain that live some distance from eastlands and only come up every few week.The sales lady was rude and walked offThere are no signs saying no refund or exchange. This cover was faulty to fall apart in that short time. Disgusting service.
