Pet universe Broadview have consistently given the best care I could hope for, for several of our pets over the years. We always feel that our pet is in the best possible hands when visiting pet universe and we love Dr Kats kind and friendly nature and very informative approach.

We are super happy with the level of service and care received at both Pet Universe locations, Dr. Ruby was great at explaining everything and the after care support. In fact we live over 1 hour away and we will continue to bring all our animals to Pet Universe, especially for Cats, a great, stress free environment. Super happy and the expense was more then fair, in fact felt the Sunday surcharge was cheep.

My puppy I had owned for 2 days was not well I tried to get her in with my usual vet but couldn’t cos of such short notice, she had a UTI unfortunately. Pet universe was the only place that had an appointment so I took it after calling around with no luck. My puppy saw a female vet an as all signs pointed to UTI I told her I needed antibiotics she insisted we do a urine test to make sure, I didn’t want to as it was very clear what was going on but she wouldn’t do anything else without it. While the urine was being tested she looked over my pup and then told me my 11 week old puppy needed to have her K9 tooth removed as it was growing slightly off path an would pierce her nasal cavity if I did not have her operated on ASAP! That was a red flag for me as I know my puppy’s “ off path “ tooth was going to fall out in the next 4-5 weeks… she told me my pup was going to need some sort of therapy with a tennis ball after the surgery an all up I would be looking at around 3K.. safe to say I got a second opinion, and I am glad I did! My puppy has had no problems with her K9 teeth I’m not sure what was going through the vets head an I’m normally very easy going however I feel this visit was very money motivated which was disappointing! Grateful I was able to get in an get my pup antibiotics however I won’t be going back.

All the staff at Pet Universe Broadview & Northgate are Fabulous and Dr Madeleine is THE BEST! She explains everthing & thoroughly checks our puppy. Thank you for caring!

Lovely friendly staff and my dog came out looking beautiful from his grooming day. As a first timer at 11 yo golden retriever I was super happy and so was he, highly recommend !

Exceptional Vet Clinic. Clean, comfortable and a friendly environment. My dog is happy to walk in and feels very safe. I travel a fair distance and would highly recommend their vet and grooming services.

Had to take my 11year old dog to this vet this morning because we couldn't get in at his regular vet. The service was absolutely 100% first rate. From the first phone call to when we left after the appointment, everyone was caring, interested,professional and if I give give a 10 star rating then I would. As mentioned Ollie is 11 and has only ever been to one vet surgery, so he was obviously a little confused but by the time we had finished there I could tell he was quite happy, may have something to do with the liver treats!! No problems with recommending this surgery.
