Picked up a mower battery a few days ago. My fault, picked the wrong one. Took it back no problems with the receipt, and they accepted my old battery for disposal. Easy to park and friendly staff.

Ordered online for click and collect. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Repco is very expensive I've never paid 50bucks for engine oil 15w40 and I didn't so I walked out. Got one elsewhere for 29.99 on special. Repco stands for rip every poor c#$t off!

Few years back I was prompted to join the VIP members Club. I did and it saved me few dollars on my purchase that day but not ever since. The VIP Club card is worthless.A year ago I joined NRMA and every purchase at Repco yielded me with saving.What is the Repco VIP Club card good for? Absolutely nothing.

They usually have what u need at a competitive price

I went in to buy some windscreen washer additive. There were two staff members and one customer, me. I asked one if he could tell me where the product was and I was sent an isle where it wasn’t. I asked the second staff member and was taken to fuel additives. When I pointed that out, he took me to a third location where it wasn’t either. I don’t even think he knew what I was talking about and by that point, the other staff member had vanished. I said thanks and that I would go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. I was told by a staff member on the phone that they do not do refunds anymore, even though the item I needed refunding was an item they said would fit my car but didn't. I complained that they wouldn't refund and was told it's their new policy. I said I'd report this to Fair trading and I asked to speak to manager, staff member was rude and said, sure but it won't matter, we can't do refunds it's our policy. I explained later that this is illegal and eventually was given a refund after being told there system can not do it. While I returned for my refund there was another customer who also was there to complain about their new no refund policy. The staff treated me and this other customer with no respect.I will never shop at Repco again!

Impolite front desk, not helpful at all

In all its a fairly small Repco, staff were knowledgeable, fast and pleasant to deal with. In store there's not much variety or depth of items if you're a professional or hobby mechanic, if you just want some oil or some air fresheners or something they'll probably have it, but otherwise I'd go online and order it through their website which works really well and has great delivery rates and times.

Placed an online order, was delivered next day. Friendly and courteous after sales support. Thumbs up for these guys
