Bought an $18k aviation stainless steel 1000L self bunded fuel tank, contract included delivery and installation. After fuel contamination in our equipment, it was discovered they had not installed the fuel filter element as part of the installation process.Have had issues pumping fuel, we thought it was vapour lock from being in the sun. However after much back and forth and and being blamed for user error, it appears the nozzle was restricting flow. Now that the nozzle is off and has been sent back to them for replacement on the 1/11/22, we are still waiting on a replacement after 1 month. No response after 2 follow upsWaiting to hear back on a solution, if you are running a business that relies on fuel everyday and expect after sales support, you won’t get it with Kevin and his teamMy nozzle arrived at your address on the 15/11/22 tracking number R233840006773265. It shouldn’t take this long to get a replacement.Update: Now after sending me back a replacement nozzle after 4 weeks, it appears second hand, it is leaking at the swivel joint, no response after asking for them to come and install it, blame user error due to us moving the tank, which has nothing to do with the nozzle. Will be buying a new nozzle from another supplier and taking them to NCAT for the replacement and install costs of the new nozzle. Absolutely hopeless, can't even come to the site for 15min to see the issue and install a new nozzle.
