Terrible customer service. The thing I needed was not available in another shop, so they checked by using their little machine and asked me to come here to get the thing. I asked the guy who stand in self checking out. His tone was like it was my fault that I didn’t asked Woodville gave them a call before I came. When I was checking out, there was an Indian family. They could not checked out and asked him was it a system failure. The guy put both his hands in his pocket and said cynically “ why do you think it is a system failure?” I just think that I work in retail and I know those kind of attitude is not acceptable in all shops.

Great plants and lots and lots of hardware and other items to purchase. Could go crazy with lots of items there. Staff were courteous too.

I was at Bunnings yesterday with a trolley and 2 x 2.4 metre rods in my hands, trying not to hit anyone. There was 1 checkout open just before 12:00 apart from the self serve which was card only, I was paying cash. I had 7 people in front of me also waiting to pay. I could see several staff, but only 1 manned checkout with 1 female staff member standing there doing nothing, just there to assist and smiling. What a waste of a staff member. By now 3 more people are behind me and finally someone realises they need to open up another checkout! The staff member opens the checkout and instead of saying 'who was next please', she calls the people at the end of the line? These people are at the end of the line because they just got there. Myself and the 2 people in front of me just stood there in disbelief, and this staff member just looks at my face which should have said it all. She didn't care less and by now I am about to drop what I am holding up in the air and walk away. I had been waiting for almost 10 minutes at this point. I said something to her after, not rude, just made a suggestion that she doesn't call the person at the end of the queue which is just common sense and courtesy. Staff should be made aware of this. I will just go back to Stratco in future, staff are way friendlier and more interested in what is going on !

Brought a potted chrysanthemum hanging plant 3 weeks ago to give to my MIL. Well today it is nearly dead. Went to buy another one and all your stock was nearly dead and $5 cheaper. Had to rebuy new plant to give to MIL. Not happy !! Told checkout guy and he said he would pass in my comments but I didn't feel he cared.☹️

Ohh yes! Its Bunnings so always 5 star! So well stocked, friendly staff and quick and fast responsive app even when you are deep corner in the store helps a lot! Great opportunities to buy with fair prices.

If you need anything related to home and renovation, this is a good place to go to. The goods here are diverse. I especially like the collection of indoor and outdoor flowers, vegetables, herbs, and plants. Plant pots and garden supplies are also well stocked. Friendly and attentive customer service.You can check an item online to make sure it's available upon arrival.

I've visited this branch a few times so far, and I've been quite happy with their customer service and product ranges. The staff was always helpful in assisting me to find what I was exactly looking for.

Bunnings Prospect is by far the best Bunnings in Adelaide. I've never had a bad experience when purchasing, enquiring and the very rare time, having to return an item. Harrison there Trade Specialist is amazing. Very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help you.
