Woolworths Cumberland Park
Have shopped here for decades and this used to be a good supermarket. These days there's always lack of stock, the fruit and veg are rarely fresh, the escalater from the basement car park is never operational and the isles are too small and cramped. They seem to be more interested in their on line sales more than the in person shoppers. Big improvements need to be made

Great store. Visit here each time I come to Adelaide. Store is well stocked and generally well organised shelves etc. Customer service is always available in a reasonable time.

Larger than normal store with more than ample car parking facilities available,both out front and underground ! Well stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce and wide enough aisles for ease of access! Overall a pleasant and well maintained store and easy to find the required items!Could employ more staff at checkout level!

Thanks to the lovely staff that help make the click and collect easy. This is one of the Coles and Woolies which offer to pack and are super friendly. Really makes a difference to have this basic service provided with kindness.

Your staff are always in the way I can’t buy or look at anything and I can’t move through isles stock should be placed on shelves occasionally throughout the day and then when the store is CLOSED. Also, staff can’t be bothered to help you or check out the back for stuff.

Not only did they get rid of a great butcher, but their supplementary planning for that transition means they regularly don’t have mince available on weekends.Their bakery is woeful. No more finger buns, bread rolls aren’t baked on site but are trucked in from whoknowswhere looking already stale. They constantly have supply problems with other goods.The other day they had the Prime drinks front and centre. Fantastic look for a supermarket literally next door to a school and a block down from a primary school.This used to be the best supermarket in Adelaide, now it’s a cynical washed up shadow of a supermarket, unable to read the local community vibe.The only thing that saves it is the customer service from some of the old timer checkout staff, who are great.

Big pat on the back to the male cashier with slight redish hair. Went in to this Woolworths twice. And have to say each time we ended up queuing in his section. He was up-beat, very friendly and helpful. He even asked if the essential items (chocolate and coffee) if we wanted them at the top of our bag for easy access. And I just thought this guy is reading my mind. He really is a credit to your store. Well done and thank you for making us laugh

Woolworths Cumberland Park
Several weeks ago Woolworths closed the coffee shop where I always bought a coffee and a snack after completing my weekly shopping. This week Woolworths is closing their butcher section of their deli. The racks of Woolworths store made bread/roll lines have been mostly half empty/full in recent months.This particular store's continued service to it's customers has been most disappointing over recent months.Would I recommend this Woolworths store to anyone? NO!
