The guys at CEX Warrawong are fantastic!! They are so knowledgeable, I found them all to be super helpful anytime I have needed help. Store is always clean, the staff are ALWAYS attentive and friendly. A year ago didn't know the place existed, I now frequent the place. Double thumbs up.

Took my daughter there to sell her ps3. They were very gd reasonable price for game console and games. She got a voucher for her to save for a phone. Would recommend very friendly staff.

Very nice staff, clean shop. It's a pawn shop for electronics which you can get at fantastic prices. You don't get a great price for resale of your own items, but that's to be expected.

Awesome selection of phones to buyEdit - has really gone down hill. Buy in prices dropped, after working there found management to be liars and cheats. Will do anything to try and scam people out of money. You will get better prices buying and selling through Facebook and you can forget about their warranties as they dont even credit you the value of what you bought in the first place.

The staff where amazing friendly and super helpful. The 2 guys workin helped my mum find the dvd she wanted n where super friendly they even gave her facts on comic books it was awesome to see ppl be this friendly n helpful i cant say enough about how fantastic they r. Store has everything from dvds to games n more it is 200% better n has better knowledge than the game stores at this centre. If u need help go have a talk with the ppl workin here. Oh n thank u now my mum wants to read comics n play xbox hahah thank u for the great chat

Sent me a totally wrong package with someone else's name on the invoice enclosed. Can't contact them, no response and no phone numbers. What a joke. Hundreds of dollars gone, and no customer service.
