Incorrectly completed the job we PAID them for and offered to fix their mistakes by making us wait an extra week PLUS charging us again. Once we contacted them, their customer service" was poorly managed by their daughter who disrespectfully mocked and insulted us over the phone as she refused to refund us or fix the mistakes they made.Do not bother coming here for alterations as they will not treat you well.-----------------------------(updated as a reply to their comment)As DISCUSSED upon initially dropping off the items

Jacket sleeves and length alterations done by J&T alteration is totally unprofessional and ruined my brand new Jacket. It's literally looks like I'm rolling my sleeves inside. Will never go there again.

I would highly recommend their services. I've had many suits and pants altered from here and fitting was perfect everytime. My wife also had several dresses altered and they all looked fantastic afterwards. Customer service is friendly and they were always willing to help and go the extra mile. I've been to afew other places in the Mt Druitt area but the quality and value doesn't compare to this place.

Excellent service!!! Needed my leather motorcycle jacket altered in quite a difficult way and my expectations were exceeded. Price was extremely affordable. Will definitely use again.Highly recommend!!!
