Excellent service!! Steve couldn't have been more helpful. My needs were listened to and great quality products were recommended and supplied. My communication was entirely over the phone and via email as i'm in country Vic, however, I had no issues at all. Packaging & delivery was professional too. Couldn't recommend these guys more for your quality audio needs.

Great hifi shop. I recently upgraded my turntable by purchasing a Project x2. They fitted a cartridge I supplied without charging extra, which they weren't obliged to and checked it over and realigned the cartridge a few weeks later to address some minor issues.I really appreciated their professional customer support and I urge people to support bricks and mortar stores like Audio Experts to fulfil their audio/av needs. You'll also be able to hear great gear demonstrated by knowledgeable people

Visited this store for advice on a complex audio solution that the builder's electrician had given up on. We spoke with Steve who showed us a number of options and told us what would most easily integrate with what. He didn't try to oversell us solutions that we probably didn't need, which was refreshing. We've now got a solution to link a TV, Google Home and a set of Pioneer DJ decks to four new outdoor ceiling speakers. We took one of the products with us and he delivered the others two business days later. Great, personalised service. The store has a huge range and we'll definitely go back to extend our audio solution further.

High quality is worth the price and excellent service. The staff listened carefully to our wants and needs and delivered in spades. Our cinema installers were also superb - professional, knowledgeable and clearly have pride in their work. Would recommend Audio Experts to anyone in a heartbeat.

Great showrooms and variety of medium to high end equipment. For someone who doesn't know a lot about sound, you quickly learn what you are missing out on! Guy was extremely helpful to me and even though I was not committed to buying anything this day, he acknowledged its a long process for some and spent lots of time with me going through my desired system!Will definitely be going back when I'm ready to buy.

Steve Varga helped me get an ‘entry level’ bundle of turntable, amp and speakers. Gave me very sound, patient explanations of how to get the best out of my budget. Threw in cables. I was very happy to part with my money! They have an amazing range of items from $200 to $20,000 and did not mind in the slightest I was a low budget shopper. Thanks Steve.
