This place is very accommodative. Called them to find out about cartridges for my printer, he explained everything very clear, so I stopped shopping around. Delivery was the same day!! There was an issue with one of the cartridges but they fixed that as professionals and very quick. Good customer service! I will come back again.

Absolutely amazing service! Called up with an urgent ink order as I was half way in the middle of a big print project for a student showcase. The team was super helpful, and despite the unreasonable last minute request, the team at Inkspot was able to source the cartriges from their warehouse, and delivery them to me within 30 minutes, during peak hour, with moments to spare of showcase opening. we rang inkspot (Ink City Perth) for a quote on ink. we decided to go with the supplier of our Fuji Xerox machine. A sales rep by the name John, rang today and started harassing my staff to purchase from him, when I returned to my office, the office lady told me how abusive the sales rep was, I rang the sales Rep who said his name was John and that he had spoken to her and said he told her that she was buying fake ink , I told him we had decided to buy from our supplier of the machine , he got angry with me. I will never deal with a Company whose sales reps have no manners. He was rude and needs counseling on how to deal with customers. my advice is stay away from this company that has reps with no decorum.

Great experience! Needed a replacement cartridge fast! Inkspot Perth got it here in 1-hour! I had trouble inserting the new cartridge. Tom, the Tech support person was outstanding! He patiently stayed on the phone for 10-15 minutes while we tried several approaches for no charge. Thanks Tom!Thanks Inkspot!
