Never has my hair looked better than after going to sibu. Genuinely amazed, and will be going there every time I want to feel fab.

I have no words, on how absolutely amazing Jacqui is & the team at Sibu hair are!I walked in with a I can’t even describe just bad bad which was affecting me so badly I couldn’t wear my hair out, I didn’t want to go out in public. When I rang the day before my consultation was on the verge of tears to Jacqui about how much I had spent elsewhere and how I was never getting professional service.Jacqui fit me in the same day of my consultation she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, happy and absolutely in ore of my hair. It looks absolutely amazing!!! I’m so in love. The service was amazing, the girls at Sibu were professional, so kind an I honestly was the most comfortable I have ever been at a hairdresser.I am so thankful, I’m so happy and I would highly recommend the Sibu team! ♥️

I waited over 1.5 hours for a blow wave. The young apprentices were amazing however the owner did not acknowledge me once. Constantly looking over at me and never once came to personally apologise or offer me a tea or coffee. I understand running behind however take responsibility and communicate. Don’t leave a new customer sitting in the corner for 1.5 hours

Best hair salon in ACT. I’ve had some shocking encounters with beauty and hair stylist in Canberra. I thought that was just a downfall of Canberra and would have to going to Sydney for appointments to get the service and expertise desired as haven’t found it here. Sibu hair changed my opinion and has given me the best results since I moved to Australia in 2017 and I’ve lived in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. Jemma is such a skilled, talented and professional hairstylist. I can not speak highly of her enough. She listens to what I want and always executes it so so beautifully. I love my look every time and leave and the prices are not a rip off like in Canberra central. From start to finish you are looked after, the salon is immaculately clean, lovely coffee offered and it’s a really friendly and professional vibe. Jemma has a an incredible natural flair and I highly recommend this salon.

I am OBSESSED with my new hair, all thanks to Sarah !! I've been to the same hairdresser for years and decided to trust Sibu with my biggest haircut yet from down to my waist, to up to my collar bones. She also used and recommended some amazing products which left my hair feeling healthier and softer than ever !! Will be definitely be back soon :)

Jacqui did an amazing job fixing my colour after I walked out of another salonwith an undesirable colour and bad blend with my existing extensions (newly installed at another salon).Sibu took me on as a client, fixed my colour and I walked out with a well blended colour (around existing extension, so impressed) not to mention an amazing blow dry and their signature waves.I want to mention the salon took time to talk to me, and listened to me (likes, dislikes) and were realistic about what could be done to fix my colour. I was both heard and seen and involved in my appointment. Fantastic communication, quality of work, pricing and skills. I also loved that given my hair anxiety Jacqui was incredibly kind and was my stylist for my entire appointment.Thank you. You're amazing.
