Bali Hai Brazilian Waxing Caulfield Elsternwick

I've been to many beauty salons in my time but this is one of my fav places! I continue to go back to Bali Hai due to the great customer service, cleanliness and affordable prices.

I recently bought a manicure and pedicure through a voucher website. I don't expect much for these deals, you get what you pay for. However these people didn't even reach my low expectations.I have tried for 6 weeks to get an appointment without success. The phone normally rings out and when I did get an answer, I left my number twice without getting called back. THe next appointment time is in mid January. If they couldn't handle the number of vouchers sold, they shouldn't have sold so many. Very rude people too.I would rather throw my vouchers in the bin than use them.

Booked in for a manicure and pedicure on a deal. There was no manicure and pedicure as such just nails cut and quick file. They didnt even take off my old nail polish completely. Shallac chiped off the next day poor quality would not recommend. Staff are also very rude and make little conversation other than saying move here

Went in for a $20 groupon deal for a brazilian wax. Paid the lady in cash instead of going through groupon site. Not the best wax ive received. Did not seem extremely hygienic, and she didn't really talk me through the pain, but she was fast and through. But i guess for what you pay for, you cant ask for much.

Staff were friendly and competent. I got lost on the way and had to call them for directions, the lady was nice enough to wait for me outside while staying on the line with me! I bought a voucher for a brazillian wax via groupon, and it was done quickly and prefessionally. I'll be going back for the remaninder of the voucher uses.

When I went into the shop, the shop staff looked bored and the atmosphere of the shop was just like local salon, nothing posh or luxurious. I went into the facial room and saw the all products used on table was all cheap stuff you can buy from the supermarkets. Besides, toward the end of the treatment, the therapist's phone rang and surprisingly she took the phone. She applied the cream so rough on my face and finished the treatment to make a call-back. My overall experience was terrible and will never come back.

Bali Hai is my number favourite place to go for all my beauty treatments. I do all of my waxing, nails, eyebrows and lashes treatments there! The staff, including Ada, are all so lovely, friendly and professional. They always do a perfect job and their prices are extremely reasonable. They're half the price of anywhere else, with the same quality of work. I don't have to go anywhere else :)
