Driving on Pacific Drive Deepwater proved very expensive a cracked windscreen to start with. There was nothing wrong with the screen before the 8 odd kilometers it was like driving over corrugated iron in between potholes.. To boot this is a SCHOOL bus run. Shame on you GLADSTONE council

I just got a fine in the mail today. For an unregistered dog. I called last year around the time I would usually register him to inform them that he is very sick and I am trying to save up enough funds to put him to sleep and to be cremated and sent back to me. They understood that. But apparently in the letter they have been trying to get in contact with me for a while. I only had someone come to my house, which was a day ago to confirm he was there. I explained the situation to her and she never warned me or told me I would be getting a fine.

I'm in the middle of grade 7 class and I'm bored, Gladstone should fix up the skate park more, also not to mention our unemployment rate! Seasonally for April 2022: unemployment rate remained at 3.9%. Gladstone's is 6.6% as of April, step you're game up. Not to mention the arts and recreational services! I get manufacturing and construction is important, but we put 0.664 M that service so far. Even less with PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND SAFETY. WE PUT THE LEAST INTO THAT! The safety of our citizens and workers are the lowest! being 0.331 M! 2 stars, but still very livable, great place to be overall, nice people and a great suburb.Edit: i saw the sources, I'm changing to 4 stars, 5 stars if we did get more funding for the skate park In Boyne.

Neglected public camping area at Calliope River. When does the Council maintain the public area and 48 hour free camping area.???Snakes and mice, bindies,

This council is only interested in infringement notices. Don't bother with their so called appeal process. They don't care if u can prove u did nothing wrong. I've tried to reason with them on several occasions. My opinion, Thieves in charge that have no idea how to serve the community. Money money money

Debbie I share your view and have previously spoken to Gladstone council re long grass snakes etc on the lower side of the Calliope river camping site but falls on deaf ears. . I stayed out there a couple of weeks ago and the height of the grass was disgusting. Also took a drive out there yesterday and the grass was neck high. Not a good look for tourists to stop and put money into the town. This camping ground is used by many locals also but do the council care which is a big fat NO. This council is the worst we ever have had.

The council does not care about people's opinions. Absolutely slack, useless and lazy.
