My sister sent a distress call out when my Chrysler became stuck in a creek, after a 13 hour state emergency search including mt barker police state and federal SES, she was found we then had to retrieve my car. Upon getting into a unbeatable position we opted for a towing service, Manjimup a towing service set a rate checked the location and gave us further instructions to bring the car to Nornalup rd 4km in from Muirs HWY, now Nornalup is a back road for heavy haulage trucks from Denmark to Muirs Hwy. we got out to Nornalup rd a nd waited waited and waited then a text to say that 500 dollars now was 987 dollars and that the towing boys refuse to drive 4km into Nornalup rd to retrieve my 63000 dollar car. Furious at there lame service ethic we had to pull it into rocky gulley. Everything above was explained,the desperate situation the amount my sister had been traumatised to. The police said she would not have survived the night. 1000 dollars for 75km. But the real image is there gutless apportioned ethics to what business they say they provide and as u can see they don’t at all. Nornalup is wider than a hwy and was in perfect condition this day. If u regard your life as important I wouldn’t call this company for business as the terms are likely to be for there profit not your safety. Shame on you for lying and having a ethic so inappropriate as yours ..
