I rang and Steve was friendly. I was told he would come in a few days to my home to replace the windshield, but he was a no-show despite me filling out the requested forms and his assurance. I rang and texted Windscreens 4u several times and recieved no reply whatsoever, after waiting around and wasting all of my day off. If I had've recieved a reply I would have been understanding if they couldn't make it, but to be fobbed off is poor customer service.Recommend other companies like Sydney Wide Windscreens who actually show up and get the job done and communicate throughout the whole process .
